Covid-19 Policy

 

A core value of OfficeTribe is to provide a safe environment for all and to put our members at the heart of everything we do. We want to do everything we can to minimise the risk of Covid-19.

SPACE 

We’ve decreased the number of desks across each floor to ensure that everyone can safely sit at least 2m away from each other. Signage has been placed throughout the site indicating the best health and safety practice.

TOUCH 

We’ve removed all high touch items around the space wherever possible. Frequently used doors around the workspace will be propped open to avoid the same surface being touched regularly and to help with ventilation.

HYGIENE 

We’ve added hand sanitiser at our entrance and on each floor, with hand-sanitiser stations in each room.

REGULAR CLEANING 

We will be increasing our cleaning activities including thoroughly cleaning desks after use and regular cleaning of high touch areas such as handles, taps, kitchen equipment etc. We ask members to keep a clean desk policy to help assist with our increased cleaning regime.

EQUIPMENT 

We are providing extra cleaning equipment on each floor for extra reassurance that the surfaces you are using are super clean! 

MASKS 

We do ask our members to wear a mask when moving around and through any communal areas however you are not expected to wear a mask at your desk or in your office. 

SELF ISOLATION 

If you, or any member of your household, has symptoms of, or tests positive for, Covid-19, we would ask you to remain at home as per guidelines and to inform us as soon as possible.

VISITORS 

If it is essential for you to meet someone in the space, please let us know in advance. We need to monitor the numbers of people in the building at any one time.

POST AND VISITORS 

To minimise visitors to the cowork spaces, please only organise essential work-related deliveries for the time being. Please encourage any deliveries to ring the buzzer at the entrance rather than enter.

RESPONSIBILITY 

We believe in trust and common sense and so would ask that everyone use theirs. That means:

  • Staying away if you or any member of your household has symptoms of/or tests positive for, Covid-19

  • Practising good hygiene/washing your hands regularly and talking to us about any concerns or suggestions for keeping you and our other members safe.
