Husband and wife team Tom and Julia launched OfficeTribe in March 2019. It was clear the centre of Tunbridge Wells was crying out for a contemporary workspace for entrepreneurs, homeworkers and small companies looking for flexible office space. The aim being to create a genuine local community of office workers in a collaborative and friendly environment.

Julia Olden
I’m an English-Danish-Irish mix — a posh accented Viking who love the craic ;) I have a million ideas a second which helps because I have three little versions of me at home. Marketing and Sales are my background and I can’t pass a charity shop without a quick browse!
Tom Olden
I’m from Cork like. A full-time chartered surveyor and a part-time coworking enthusiast. I used to have hobbies, now I am a father of three girls. I ran the Dublin marathon in 3h 11m 52s but I don’t like to go on about it.
Hattie Butler
Tunbridge Wells based (Norfolk girl at heart), mum of three. Having had a career in radio, advertising and most recently, Royal Florist to Harry and Meghan, Hattie joined OfficeTribe in October 2019. Passions include running, avocados, seaside walks and Norfolk skies.
